Inside Ride

Team Finn has partnered with the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation for a North Vancouver stop on their National Inside Ride tour that travels from Halifax to Vancouver.
At an Inside Ride, teams of 6 riders ride for 10 minutes each on spin bikes. While they are riding, fun infectious music is playing and they are encouraged to put in as many miles as possible while having a good time.
In short, it is a perfect Team Finn style event.
