Team Finn rides to keep faith with an incredible, brave little boy, who touched and continues to touch so many of us. Team Finn is also Riding to make sure that other kids do not have to go through what Finn went through. Ultimately, Team Finn is riding to end the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
In three short years, Team Finn has accomplished an amazing number of things in the Ride to Conquer Cancer. As a starting point, Team Finn has have raised over a million dollars for the B.C. Cancer Foundation. Along the way, Team Finn has grown from a handful of riders to over a hundred riders a year.
Finn has introduced our riders to the emotion of pink and the power of Finnspiration. Through the Ride to Conquer Cancer, Finn has helped turn I can’t into I can. Shown people the third step, grabbed their hand and jumped off with them.
And consistently and constantly, Team Finn has repaid that favour by running jumping bouncing dancing singing loving smiling and riding all the way to Seattle.
Ultimately we have made a great start of it, but we are not Finn-ished yet. We have more to do. More beads to remove. More people to Finnspire.
